Job Description:

LHH is seeking a litigation paralegal interested in a full-time job opportunity in Atlanta, GA? We especially want to hear from those with insurance defense/medical malpractice experience! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; filing and e-filing for state and federal courts; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience, experience with medical malpractice is a big plus!
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• A thorough understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process
• Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset
• Hybrid/Remote Capabilities
  Salary: $80,000-$90,000/yr.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
