  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel - Echo Tech/Cardiac SonographerShift: Days / 7:30a-6p, 10x4, 40hrs per week,--Every other weekendLength: 14 weeksCALL REQUIREMENTS: 1 week of call twice during 13-week contractHOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Unit accepts first time travelers
  • BLS
  • Accepts the RDCS/CCI in place of ARDMS at many facilities
  • RDVS-Adult/RCS, 3D Echo, Bubble study, Imaging with Contrast Agents, Experience with portable studies, & RVOT/RIT
  • ARRT - Sonography, Pharmacologic Stress Echo, TEE, Treadmill Stress Echo, & Syngo dynamics preferredOther Details:SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:RTO: MAX 7 daysWEEKEND: Every other weekendSCRUBS: Red/Black in combinationCALL REQUIREMENTS: 1 week of call twice during 13-week contractHOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. Our Sonographers have a great rapport with our cardiologists and enter preliminary reports. We support the organ recovery center (ORC), the largest organ recovery center in the southeast and Shepherds Spine Center.
