This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex information and a deep understanding of payments industry - market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to assess the impact of strategic decisions.Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Present strategic plans and progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
      • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
      • Gather feedback and insights to refine and improve strategic initiatives.Innovation and Improvement:
        • Identify and promote innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth.
        • Continuously evaluate and improve strategic processes and methodologies.
        • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Basic Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
          • At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
            Preferred Skills/Experience
            • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
            • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
            • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
            • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
            • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
            • Proficiency in MS office, data analysis and visualization tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Skills:

                • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic role within a corporate environment.
