from home or the office. SUMMARY The Product Analyst supports the
development of intuitive, staff facing dashboards, performance
metrics, and analytical insights that inform product and
operational decisions across the credit union. This individual
plays a key role in executing the enterprise reporting strategy by
transforming data into actionable insights, supporting data
governance standards, and ensuring consistent use of KPIs and
reporting methodologies. Working under the direction of SVP,
Revenue, the Product Analyst collaborates closely with business
partners across Product, Enterprise Reporting & Analytics, Lending,
Operations, Marketing, and Finance to understand performance
drivers, uncover opportunities, and support continuous improvement
through data driven decisioning. This role is ideal for a detail
oriented, curious, and business minded analyst who enjoys solving
problems, communicating insights, and building analytics tools that
help staff serve members more effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze product performance trends and identify
key drivers affecting volume, profitability, member behavior, and
channel utilization. Monitor product KPIs, identify variances, and
communicate insights to business owners. Conduct deep?dive analyses
to uncover opportunities for product optimization or risk
mitigation. Build experience dashboards and scorecards that
translate member behavior (adoption, friction, completion,
abandonment) into actionable insights for improving product
performance. Assist in analyzing end?to?end funnels to identify
drop?off points, conversion opportunities, and member
time?to?value. Connect experience metrics to business outcomes such
as revenue impact, cost efficiency, conversion lift, and overall
product health. Apply enterprise data governance standards,
ensuring consistent definitions, documentation, and calculation
methodologies. Assist with maintaining data dictionaries, updating
disclosures, KPI definitions, and metadata aligned with enterprise
requirements. Partner with cross?functional teams to troubleshoot
data anomalies and improve data accuracy. Assist in the design,
execution, and evaluation of experiments, including A/B tests and
pilot programs. Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews
with standardized reporting and insights. Build, maintain, and
enhance staff?facing dashboards that support product performance
monitoring and operational decision?making. Translate business
questions into clear reporting requirements and analytical outputs.
Apply best?in?class visualization practices to ensure dashboards
are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with enterprise reporting
standards. Deliver monthly competitive analysis for all product
lines, highlighting emerging trends, competitor movements, and
implications for product strategy. Support the migration from
ad?hoc or manual reporting to automated, scalable dashboards. And
all other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information
Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field;
equivalent experience considered. At least 5 years of professional
experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or
product?related analysis. Experience building dashboards or reports
using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO. Working
knowledge of SQL and data querying preferred. Strong PC skills
including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. Experience in financial
services, credit unions, lending, or regulated industries preferred
but not required. Ability to translate data into actionable
business insights. ADDITIONAL/IMPORTANT SKILLSETS Strong
analytical, problem?solving, and critical?thinking skills with high
attention to detail. Ability to communicate findings clearly to
both technical and non?technical audiences. Strong organizational
and time?management skills with the ability to handle multiple
priorities. Curiosity and willingness to explore data to answer
business questions independently. Ability to build collaborative
relationships across departments including Product, Marketing,
Lending, Operations, IT, and Finance. Comfort working in a
fast?paced environment with evolving priorities. Commitment to data
accuracy, consistency, and adherence to enterprise governance
standards. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully,
the employee must be able to perform each essential job duty
satisfactorily. All employees must be able to communicate face to
face or through technology with or without reasonable
accommodation. Employee will be in an office environment
(well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned) typically stationed at
a desk or table. Employee will be asked to sit and stand for
various increments of time, and to lift/push up 10 lbs. Clerical
office duties on various forms of technology are required.
