Job Summary / Description: The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and serves as a key contributor to the accounting team. This role partners closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient month-end processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review month-end journal entries. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations. Support intercompany and intracompany reconciliations. Assist with audit requests and documentation. Support internal controls and maintain process documentation. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements. Consolidate and optimize month-end procedures and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred). 5 years of accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities. Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with large ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred). Advanced Excel skills. Preferred: Offshore team collaboration experience. Process improvement experience. Senior Accountant with 5 years’ experience managing month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
