Job Summary The Revenue Controller ensures accurate, timely, and compliant revenue recognition across all global operations. Reporting to the controllers group, this role manages multi-region revenue processes, supports strategic decisions, leads a team, assists during month-end close, prepares audit documentation, and drives process improvements. The ideal candidate has deep US GAAP knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience working with complex contracts and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate global revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and company policies Monitor and enforce compliance across all regions Review and analyze customer contracts for revenue implications and provide guidance on structuring Lead and mentor a revenue accounting team, providing training and performance feedback Support month-end close activities related to revenue Prepare audit documentation and liaise with external auditors Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue accounting efficiency and accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure proper revenue treatment for new contracts, products, and services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA license mandatory 8 years of revenue accounting or controllership experience in a global organization Expertise in US GAAP revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) Proven experience managing complex, multi-region revenue processes ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with revenue automation tools Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Paid Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan Revenue Controller overseeing global US GAAP compliance, multi-region revenue, contract analysis, team leadership, and process improvements.
