Office Manager Location: Corporate Offices (Alpharetta, GA) Company: Arclin Reports To: Vice President, Finance About the Role The Office Manager plays a critical role in keeping Arclin’s corporate offices running smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, front desk and hospitality services, administrative coordination, and facilities-related activities across our corporate locations. Serving as a central point of contact, the Office Manager ensures employees and visitors experience a professional, welcoming, and well-organized workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a highly visible position where their impact is felt daily. What You’ll Do Office & Reception Operations Manage all aspects of front desk and reception operations Ensure effective telephone and mail communications internally and externally Greet and assist visitors; escort guests to conference rooms as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and shipping labels Assign, monitor, and manage employee security badges Forward office phones to mobile devices when coverage is required Facilities & Workplace Coordination Coordinate with property management via the building portal for maintenance, cleaning, and building-related requests Assist service contractors by providing access to appropriate areas Manage office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and plotters Order, maintain, and organize office supplies Ensure coffee machines and shared equipment are properly cleaned and maintained Food, Beverage & Hospitality Manage office food and beverage programs Stock snacks and beverages using an approved supply list Order food for approved office meetings and gatherings Administrative & Operational Support Order employee business cards Coordinate customer holiday gifts for Sales teams beginning in November Complete the Corporate Office expense report monthly or as required Coordinate office cleaning services through property management Plan and coordinate annual departmental meetings and approved after-hours events Manage office hotelling/workspace scheduling when implemented Maintain active Notary status and provide notary services as needed What You Bring Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 25 pounds Comfort using standard office equipment including computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems Key Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Initiative and sound decision-making skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail What You’ll Earn (Beyond a Paycheck) As Office Manager at Arclin, you’ll earn more than just a competitive salary and benefits—you’ll earn trust, visibility, and real influence.
