education. We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in early childhood education and a passion for working with young

environment. Duties Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with Georgia
Pre-K standards. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom
environment where children feel valued and supported. Assess and
monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents and
administrators. Collaborate with assistant teachers and support
staff to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.
Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to foster a
strong home-school connection. Participate in professional
development opportunities to stay current with best practices in
early childhood education. Requirements Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development,
or a related field. Experience: At least one year of experience in
a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of child development and early
childhood education principles. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to create a warm and inviting
classroom atmosphere. Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents,
and administrators. Nice To Haves Certification: Georgia
Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification in Early
Childhood Education. Experience: Experience with the Frog Street
Curriculum or other comprehensive early childhood education
curriculums. Tech Skills: Proficiency in educational technology and
software used in early childhood education. Bilingual: Ability to
speak a second language, particularly Spanish, to better
communicate with diverse families. First Aid/CPR: Certification in
pediatric first aid and CPR. Professional Development: Ongoing
participation in early childhood education workshops and seminars.
