Job Description:
Job Description Oversees procurement planning, organization,
control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within
the designated area of responsibility. Develops and formulates
procurement processes; reviews product design for compliance with
procurement standards, company policies, customer contract
requirements, and related specifications. Assesses and approves
changes to design, specifications, and documentation releases.
Coordinates procurement activities related to technical
developments, scheduling, and resolving issues with engineering
design and testing. Lockheed Martin's aircraft leadership is earned

combat, air mobility and reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft.

and advanced targeting and navigation technologies to enable the

accomplish their missions. The successful candidate will be
responsible for providing ADP lab computer infrastructure support,
asset management, cyber resiliency, technical design, system
development, system test and capability enhancements. Candidate
will participate in operations and all project phases including
proposal development, design, component procurement, system
integration, and system verification. Candidate will be responsible
for contributing to system design, system stand-up, and system
deployment. The position will require close coordination with
program cyber security representatives, cross-functional lab
development engineering teams and lab customers. Candidate must
exhibit: excellent problem-solving skills, be a team player,
possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able
to adjust the work schedule periodically to support program
activities, and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility
that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able
to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is
required to start. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an
accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional
experience; or 10 years of professional procurement experience.
Desired skills Strong organizational skills for overseeing
procurement planning, organization, control, integration, and
completion of engineering projects, with a focus on utilizing IT
systems for efficient workflow management. Ability to develop and
formulate procurement programs, integrating IT tools to streamline
processes and enhance data analysis. Strong IT knowledge in
software and hardware, with proficiency in using advanced
technology to review product design for compliance with procurement
standards, company policies, customer contract requirements, and
related specifications. Competence in assessing and approving
changes to design, specifications, and documentation releases,
using IT solutions to track and manage revisions effectively.
Effective coordination skills for managing procurement activities
related to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving issues
with engineering design and testing, leveraging IT platforms to
improve communication and collaboration. Strong organizational
skills for achieving project objectives, utilizing project
management software to ensure timely and successful completion.

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
