Head of Cloud ProductWe're on the lookout for an analytical, organized Head of Cloud Product who is obsessed with delivering exceptional product experiences to customers. In this role, you'll be the product evangelist for our SaaS platform which allows customers to stream, share, and download their home movies and photos. • Act as the product evangelist for our Cloud platform
  • Evaluate and optimize the customer experience
  • Correctly identify opportunities
  • Prioritize the right tasks to impact goals (active users, adoption rate, churn, etc.)
  • Oversee the maintenance and launch of new features, sections, and products; seamlessly integrating them into our existing touchpoints
  • Measure and report results of efforts and assess against goals
  • Stay up to date on industry SaaS trends including UI/UX design and development best practices
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
    • Manage a team of internal and external developers (front-end & back-end) and UI/UX designersWho you are:
      • 6+ years of experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, UI/UX, Product Development or related field
      • Experience with Shopify storefronts and supporting applications
      • Demonstrated proficiency in user funnels, website/app/landing page optimization
      • Have solid understanding of KPIs and their implications
      • Ability to translate high-level objectives into actions including organizing information, managing projects, and working with others on a close-knit team
      • A well rounded communicator, collaborator and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights
      • Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences
      • A "no task is too small" attitude and a positive, spirited outlookExtra Credit
