Job Description:
We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced
Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to join our team in
Roswell, GA . This full-time position follows a 3x12 hour rotating
day and night shift schedule and is ideal for a dynamic nurse who
thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As a Med Surg
RN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to
adult patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic
conditions, or experiencing acute medical issues. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered
care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications and
treatments, and document care accurately. Collaborate with
physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, treatment plans, medications, and
discharge instructions. Respond to emergencies, manage changes in
patient status, and initiate appropriate interventions. Ensure
compliance with infection control and safety procedures. Support
unit efficiency through accurate documentation, timely reporting,
and teamwork.
