Job Description:
Salary: $27 - $31 / per hour. $1200(Days) & &1750(Nights)
Sign On Bonus. Case 1 Monday-Friday. 8a-4p or Monday-Thursday
7a-3p. Pediatric Patient. "School Case" Working 1 on 1 in school
setting with assigned patient. This translates to summer school if
patient attends. Otherwise, will be working at home with patient
during summer. Case2 Monday-Friday 8a-4p. Pediatric Patient.

Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing
process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On
each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in
accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms
indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s
condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information
from health care members and documents actual and/or potential
nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN
in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest
