You'll use advanced tools, functional spaces, and hands-on skills to help patients get back to doing what they love. Key Responsibilities Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport?specific progressions Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staff Provide an encouraging and engaging patient experience Document accurately and efficiently Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as needed Minimum Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) BLS (CPR) certification preferred Strong communication and customer?service skills Ability to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland A passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population A growth?minded, lifelong learner committed to evidence?based practice and continuous improvement About CSMO & C4 The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is the region's leader in orthopaedic, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services.
