and skilled Part-time Physical Therapist to join our team. The

lasting legacies. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' physical
conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength,
and overall function. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Monitor
and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as
necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
comprehensive care. Stay current with best practices and
evidence-based treatments in physical therapy. Participate in
community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an
accredited program. Valid state license to practice physical
therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to
work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to continuous
