Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Fayetteville, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,982 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, sepsis, renal issues, pancreatitis, orthopedic surgeries, COPD, COVID-19, gastrointestinal issues, and sickle cell crisis. - Willingness to float between ICU and IMC. - Ability to manage dysrhythmias and care for ventilated patients. Description: All ICU/IMCU patients' diagnoses include but are not limited to pneumonia, sepsis, renal issues, pancreatitis, general surgeries pre/post, orthopedic issues, COPD, COVID-19, gastrointestinal issues, and sickle cell crisis. Weekend coverage is required every other week. No call required. Candidates will float within the facility and within their scope of practice. Candidates will be clinically screened to determine fit before being considered for the position. If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall during the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Compliance with all requirements is necessary to start on time. References from two supervisory sources are highly preferred at the time of submission. The maximum allowable RTO is 7 days; RTO is required with submission. Candidates cannot request holiday RTO if one or two major holidays occur during the assignment period. One holiday RTO request can be reviewed for approval if three major holidays occur during the assignment. All candidates must be available to submit core items and complete necessary requirements within a specified timeframe for an on-time start. Candidates must have previous acute care travel experience. The candidate must comply with all policy requirements to be hired.
