Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 3x12hrs - Hours: 36 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 6, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience. Details - Position is located in a hospital PCU setting in Atlanta, GA - 13-week assignment on a day shift (AM), 12-hour shifts Requirements - Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand - Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required - PCU or progressive care experience required Additional Information - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted - Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required - RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if not near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday - Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved American Traveler Job ID P-683141.
