life every day. What you will be doing: Oversee daily nursing
operations under the direction of the DON and Leadership Team.
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to regulatory standards,
facility policies, and professional guidelines. Assist in reviewing
and updating policies and procedures; ensure policies align with
clinical practice and regulatory requirements. Support the Safety
Program, Emergency Preparedness, and documentation compliance.
Ensure safe medication management, including storage, ordering, and
administration practices. Provide guidance to staff, patients,
physicians, and visitors, including during crises or emergency
situations. Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and
support risk mitigation. Assist with Risk Management activities,
including root cause analysis of adverse events. Promote a culture
of safety and investigate patient, visitor, or staff concerns,
escalating when appropriate. Assist the DON with staff meetings and
communication of facility updates. Perform duties as needed to
maintain patient safety and efficient facility operations.
Experience you will need: Current, active, unencumbered RN license
in Georgia. Bachelor's degree in a health-related or business
field. Management experience in a medical setting; ASC experience
preferred. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet
deadlines. Accurate and organized recordkeeping skills. Strong
knowledge of clinical practice, regulatory compliance, risk
management, and quality improvement. Effective communication,
leadership skills, and a professional, accountable approach.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
across the organization.
