Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care in a
community health center setting in Macon, Georgia. This position
focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and
patient-centered treatment within a collaborative clinical
environment.Position Highlights:Provide full-spectrum primary care
services including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic
conditionsDeliver preventive care focused on health risk reduction
and wellness promotionPractice consistent with evidence-based
medicine and organizational clinical policiesWork within a
Patient-Centered Medical Home modelCollaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teamsParticipate in quality assurance
and performance improvement initiativesOpportunities to contribute
to medical policy development and clinical leadership
activitiesServe diverse patient populations in a community-focused
settingResponsibilities:Perform comprehensive histories and
physical examinations for new and established patientsOrder and
interpret diagnostic testing and coordinate specialist
referralsDevelop treatment plans and manage medication prescribing

of careMaintain accurate and timely electronic health record

practicesQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in a
Primary Care specialtyActive Georgia medical license or
