Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Monroe, GA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,527 to $1,727 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will provide home health PT services to patients recovering from injury or illness under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Conduct home visits, document patient status, and participate in periodic office meetings. Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance are required. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program. Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a licensed PTA preferred for managing a home health caseload. (Preferred) Experience working in home health settings required. Experience with home visit documentation and care plan implementation preferred. Proficiency with basic computer skills: email, internet navigation, electronic documentation, user names and password management. Must have reliable transportation and agency-required liability insurance. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Evenings. Shift pattern: 5x8 evening shifts. Assignment type: Travel, start April 2026 through July 2026. Work includes home visits and periodic office meetings.
