Job Description:
Take the Lead in Overseeing Night Operations & Guest Services!
Are you an experienced hotel professional looking for an exciting
role that combines guest interaction, accounting responsibilities,
and night shift independence? TownePlace Suites Atlanta Buckhead is
seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the hotel’s overnight
operations, manage financial tasks, and provide exceptional guest
service. Schedule: Evening shifts (3 PM-11 PM) and Overnight shifts
(11 PM-7 AM); flexibility required for weekends and holidays.
Part-Time (2-3 days/week) positions available. What You’ll Be
Doing: Front Desk Operations Handle the check-in and check-out
process for guests, making sure they have a seamless and welcoming
experience. Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome, using
clear communication to answer questions about local attractions,
hotel amenities, and other requests. Coordinate with restaurants
and bars to ensure smooth file maintenance and system resets for
next-day operations. Address and resolve guest concerns with
empathy and proactive solutions. Night Audit & Financial Reporting
Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, reset the system
for the next day, and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger
Summary). What We’re Looking For: Amazing guest service skills.
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. Ability to
listen and address guest and employee concerns with empathy and
proactive solutions. Proficient with computers and comfortable with
moderately complex systems. Strong communication skills in English
and excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to observe and detect
potential emergency situations. Physical Requirements: Must be able
to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Light work,
including lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds
