If you have a "Own It" mentality, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are passionate about technology-driven business growth, we want to hear from you.As a Product Manager - Technical in the Priceless Platform team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing capabilities in both new and existing products, delivering solutions to our consumer and B2B2C businesses.You will own feature delivery to customers, engaging in frequent client-facing communications. Collaboration with Engineers, UX designers, and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential to define and manage product details and user journeys. You will translate business and customer requirements into detailed features and work with engineering teams on sprint deliveries. Additionally, you will manage business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends to shape the platform and product roadmap.This role is based in Atlanta at the Mastercard office and reports to the Director of Product Management.Responsibilities--- Manage product documentation for clarity and accessibility--- Decompose business requirements into platform requirements and user stories for engineering teams--- Facilitate internal forums to gather feature development opportunities--- Prioritize the product backlog--- Define acceptance criteria for user stories--- Make trade-off decisions on platform features and backlog items--- Support self-service options and reduce operational overhead--- Use research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to inform product development--- Collaborate with the business on customer research to identify feature needs--- Coordinate with interdependent teams on platform requirements--- Maintain alignment with user experience design--- Monitor feature development and adjust as needed during implementation--- Review product demos against acceptance criteria--- Prepare for launches and monitor feature performance and adoption--- Participate in post-launch reviews and incorporate feedback--- Align with Go-To-Market plans for new features--- Identify and address issues affecting on-time delivery and qualityExperience--- Experience with technical product management and development teams--- Background in working with technology or software platforms--- Experience collaborating with engineers to define technical features--- Experience working across multiple geographies--- Client-facing or partner engagement experience--- Knowledge of e-commerce, payments, and API technologies--- Experience with AI-powered features is a plus--- Familiarity with design tools like Figma is beneficial--- Quick learner on technical and business aspects--- Proactive with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude--- Strategic problem-solving skills--- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities--- Hands-on experience with technical roadmaps, user stories, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization--- Strong analytical skills
