Position Description: CGI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to
lead the evolution and market success of ProSteward360™ Hazard
Communications, our enterprise platform that helps organizations
manage chemical compliance, safety data sheets (SDS), labeling, and
global regulatory obligations. This role serves as the empowered
central point of product leadership, combining regulatory expertise
with strategic product management. Acting as the voice of the
customer and interpreter of the regulatory landscape, you will
define product vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure continuous
delivery of compliance-aligned value in an increasingly complex
global environment. You will function as CGI’s regulatory authority
for hazard communication and chemical compliance, maintaining
active awareness of evolving global frameworks including OSHA
HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA, and other international regulations. You
will translate regulatory developments into scalable system
capabilities while partnering closely with engineering, delivery,
and sales to ensure sustained market relevance, client value, and
revenue growth. This position is based within the United States and
offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement. The
Ideal Candidate Brings: Deep expertise in hazard communication and
global chemical regulatory frameworks. Experience translating
regulatory requirements into enterprise software capabilities.
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage clients,
regulators, and industry bodies. Demonstrated success in product
strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience representing organizations in industry forums, advisory
panels, or regulatory discussions. Your future duties and
responsibilities: Product Strategy & Market Leadership Regulatory
Authority: Serve as CGI’s product and regulatory authority for
ProSteward360™, acting as the voice of the customer and interpreter
of the evolving global compliance landscape. Strategic Roadmapping:
Monitor, interpret, and translate global chemical regulatory
developments (e.g., OSHA HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA) into actionable
product strategy and roadmap priorities. Market Intelligence:
Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer feedback,
regulatory trends, and competitive insights to guide product
strategy. Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle from
discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, launch, and
continuous improvement. Prioritization: Lead data-driven
prioritization decisions balancing customer value, regulatory
urgency, technical feasibility, compliance risk, and commercial
impact. Thought Leadership: Represent CGI in industry forums,
client advisory engagements, and thought leadership initiatives to
strengthen market credibility and regulatory alignment. Roadmap &
Delivery Communication: Build, maintain, and clearly communicate a
compelling product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX, data, and quality
teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Agile Practices: Champion agile product practices and ensure rapid,
iterative delivery of features that solve real customer problems.
Client & Go-to-Market Enablement Client Leadership: Act as a
client-facing product leader, engaging directly with customers to
understand workflows, compliance pain points, and success criteria.
Sales Support: Support sales, account management, and customer
success teams by clearly articulating product value, use cases, and
differentiation. Messaging: Partner with marketing and sales
enablement teams to develop product messaging, demos, training
materials, and external collateral. Expert Presence: Participate in
client meetings, advisory boards, and industry forums as a trusted
product expert. Hazard Communications & Regulatory Alignment
Compliance Support: Ensure ProSteward360™ supports global hazard
communication and chemical compliance requirements (e.g., GHS, OSHA
HazCom, REACH, CLP). Digital Capabilities: Translate complex
regulatory requirements into intuitive, customer-centric digital
capabilities. Industry Standards: Stay current on evolving
regulations, industry standards, and best practices impacting
hazard communication and product stewardship. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: Strong Communicator:
Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills. Proven
Leadership: Product leadership with a bias toward action and
measurable outcomes. Soft Skills: Empathy for users, intellectual
curiosity, humility, and strong business acumen. Experience: 5
years of product management or related experience, covering the
full product lifecycle and agile SDLC. Teamwork: Experience working
with distributed or remote teams. Analytical Skills: Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret
complex data and translate insights into decisions. Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with clients and internal
teams. Preferred Experience Regulated SaaS: Experience with SaaS
platforms in regulated domains such as EHS, product stewardship,
chemical management, or compliance. Industry Background: Prior
industry experience in product stewardship, chemical compliance, or
hazard communications (corporate, consulting, or software
provider). HazCom Knowledge: Familiarity with hazard communication
concepts including SDS authoring, labeling, chemical inventories,
and regulatory reporting. Consultative Experience: Experience
working directly with enterprise clients in a consultative or
client-facing role. Global Frameworks: Understanding of global
regulatory frameworks impacting chemical products and supply
chains. GTM Support: Prior experience supporting sales enablement
or go-to-market activities. Skills: Product Management Product
