years Type: Full-Time Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100
firm seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney to join its
Trademark, Copyright, Privacy & IP Transactions Practice Group in
one of its U.S. offices (Atlanta, Boston, Raleigh, or
Winston-Salem). This position offers the opportunity to work on a
wide range of complex intellectual property matters for leading
clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: Handle trademark
clearance, prosecution, and maintenance matters. Advise clients on
trademark disputes and enforcement actions . Provide legal counsel
on copyright and advertising issues . Collaborate with clients and
internal teams to develop and execute IP protection strategies .
Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to the
growth of the IP practice. Qualifications: 5–10 years of active
practice as a trademark attorney . Significant experience with
trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, disputes, and
enforcement . Experience in copyright and advertising law is a
plus. Must be licensed in the jurisdiction of practice. Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication skills . Excellent
academic credentials and a commitment to client service.
Compensation & Benefits: National Salary Range: $90,000 – $300,000
(final starting salary dependent on location, qualifications, and
experience). Discretionary performance-based bonus potential.
