Job Description:
Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty:
CT Tech Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours
(07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: GA or Compact
license required Certifications: Must have relevant certifications
Description: Transplant facility with a primary stroke center.
Heavy CTA workload. Schedule is Friday to Sunday. No call required.
Floating within facility or to outpatient as needed. Candidates
must have a minimum of one year of experience. First-time travelers
are accepted. Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to
determine fit. If clinical pass is achieved, candidates will be
forwarded for final decision. Maximum RTO is 7 days. If one major
holiday occurs during the assignment period, the traveler is
expected to work it. If two major holidays fall within the
assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both. If three
major holidays occur, the traveler must be available to work two of
the holidays. Major Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas
Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to
start on time. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Return travelers must complete a successful assignment outside of
the specified facilities prior to rebooking. Modules are completed
during orientation and are non-billable. Completion is recorded via
transcripts.
