Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Support Representative,
responsible for coordinating remote online notary appointments and
assisting escrow teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Remote Online Notary appointments and customer
communications
Test new Remote Online Notary software as directed by
management
Facilitate orders through the Centralized Order Desk to assist
escrow teams
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required
Experience with RamQuest system preferred but not required
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet searches
