Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate chargeback claims, gather evidence, and analyze
data
Detect and report fraud, assess risk, and recommend
improvements
Produce various statistical reports and prepare KPI reports of
chargebacks
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in Chargeback, Refund, or similar fields is an
advantage
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time
effectively
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to navigate and work with PayPal is a bonus
