Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee
a team and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors,
focusing on staffing and quality assurance
Assist in hiring, training, and development of team members while
handling escalated inquiries
Monitor workflow and conduct audits to improve efficiency and
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits
Administration or a related industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with COBRA Administration and other related services is
ideal
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach
staff
Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a
plus
