Job Description Job Description The Senior Manager, Channel Marketing is responsible for driving growth through our wholesale partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to support our channel partners, increase brand awareness, and boost sales through indirect channels. This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA. Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, targeted to the distribution channel Engage with key distribution partners to jointly plan and execute campaigns and programs to drive incremental growth Manage marketing execution of channel-specific programs including Pro Loyalty programs, co-op and others Analyze the performance of programs and campaigns, and optimize to maximize ROI Collaborate with sales, product marketing and marketing services teams Engage and manage external agencies Manage the channel marketing budget and a growing team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field. Minimum 10 years relevant experience Strong B2B marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful channel marketing campaigns. Excellent leadership skills: experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams that meet deadlines and objectives An equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills may supplement above minimum job requirements.
