• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical and hydraulic systems (yes, cab pulls and turbo jobs too).
• Perform thorough inspections and preventive maintenance with precision.
• Create accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with advisors (you are in control of your paycheck).
• Keep your bay and tools clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• Mentor junior techs and collaborate with teammates to keep the workflow sharp.
• Stay current with diesel tech-ASE certifications supported and encouraged. ---- What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience.
  • Mastery of diagnostic tools and modern diesel systems.
  • Deep knowledge of Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke platforms.
  • Solid communication, team-first mindset, and a customer-focused work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling the job's demands. ---- Why Diesel David?
