Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family ConstructionMulti-Family Construction Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager. This position reports to the Vice President of Construction.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Partnering with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Partnering with the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals.
• Partnering with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules.
• Providing direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
• Performing on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Construction-related field preferred.
• Experience in Multi-Family Construction is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional locations include Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland.
