Overview:We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative to join our team. As a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service to patients and healthcare providers.*This is a
REMOTE opportunity, Candidates must reside within 1 hour of the
main campus in Chattanooga, TN. 37402*Duties:- Communicate with
patients and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous
manner- Answer incoming phone calls and address inquiries or direct
calls to the appropriate department- Utilize phone etiquette skills
to provide accurate information and assist with scheduling
appointments- Utilize medical terminology knowledge to accurately
analyze and process patient informationRequirements:- Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong phone
etiquette skills with the ability to handle various customer
inquiries- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a
healthcare setting- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus-
Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions- Must be
able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- High school
diploma or equivalent requiredNote: All positions must be paid,
including internship positions.Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 -
$21.80 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shift*
