Job Description:
Fostering existing business relations to grow sales and
profitability by detailed account planning (yearly promotion
planning, target setting) or by creating individual programs and
marketing customized for each partner Initiating new business
relations with sales partners in Region (channel partners) Quick
and reliable processing of customer inquiries and product
information Growing sales and developing business opportunities by
acquiring new accounts and by introducing new products– act as a
trusted advisor to current and potential customers Independently
managing strategic customer discussions, identify customer needs
and pain points, prepare quotations and finalizing contract
negotiations Post Sales Management: customer follow-up and/or
visits to collect feedback after completion of sales process
Provide regular product and solution demos, information and updates
to the marketplace Secure regular feedback-loop on market
developments and competitor activities for deriving future market
positioning activities In-depth weekly analysis of sales
performance, target-oriented follow-up and achievement of sales
goals Attending tradeshows, exhibitions, congresses to effectively
demonstrate products/solutions and to develop new customer leads
Accurate monthly forecast planning Budget responsibility Regular
reports and data input in company CRM system
