A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support
Representative (Spanish/English) to assist customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Support ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS
Handle functional questions regarding ATM and app usage
Provide basic cryptocurrency education and troubleshoot ATMs
Required Qualifications
Business fluent in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Competent computer literacy
Technical acumen with iOS and Android
